In loving memory of Thomas Fitzsimmons, our father, a solid guy who passed away Sunday, March 19th, 2017 at Health Sciences North at the age of 86. He was a wonderful caring father, husband and grandfather. Tommy loved to play bridge, bet on the horses and tell a few jokes. He spent 38 years with the CNR as a locomotive engineer. He was a true Irishman with strong values & morals and his favourite song was Danny Boy. Beloved husband of Gloria (Turcotte) predeceased. Loving father of Darlene (Bob) both predeceased, Kimberly (Vander), Penny (Larry) and Brad (Janice). Cherished grandfather of Stacey (Nathan), Erin (Mike), JuliEllen, Jacob (Melissa), Joey (Carie), Salvatore and Elliot and great grandfather to Ella, Aurora, Ali, Levi, Harlan and Jace. Dear brother of Roberta, Marilyn, Gail, Lyle and Shawn.

At Thomas’ request, there will be no visitation. Cremation with his ashes placed with Gloria at the Civic Memorial Mausoleum. If desired, donations to the Maison McCullough Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
